Jaipur. A fair of Bollywood stars was organized on the fourth day of Rajasthan International Film Festival 2024 being organized by Riff Club at Gem Cinema. The cinema hall echoed with thunderous applause when the famous Indian cinema actor, film producer and director Tinu Anand met the audience.

Tinu Anand, who has directed big films like Kalia, Shahenshah, Duniya Meri Jeb Mein, Main Azad Hoon, shared his experiences with the students in the riff. During this, Tinu Anand also taught the students about culture based movies, OTT platform, film direction. As soon as Tinu Anand met writer Jagdeep Singh who was conducting the stage, both of them remembered their old school days. Among the schoolmates who met on the stage, Tinu Anand wore the school's batch on his jacket, while Jagdeep Singh once again brought back old memories by wearing the school's batch on his scarf.

Tinu Anand, who has worked in 150 films, shared special experiences of his career with Satyajit Ray. Tinu Anand started his career in Indian cinema as an assistant director in a film directed by Satyajit Ray. Tinu Anand also learned Bengali language for 9 months for this. Tinu Anand, who has reached this stage in his film journey, has given credit for this to Satyajit Ray, superstar Amitabh Bachchan, his parents, his brother and his wife.

Tinu Anand also expressed his views regarding the OTT platform. The actor said that those working on OTT do not know that this platform has made them superstars. Today, because of OTT, stoves are burning in every artist's house. Tinu Anand told the students sitting in the theater that if you all have a mobile then you all can become film makers.

World Premium of Shuddhi in Riff

The World Award for the film Shuddhi was also given in Riff. The film is directed by James Higginson. The story of the film is based on the lives of leprosy patients. Which has been displayed on World Leprosy Day itself. The film gives the message of not discriminating against leprosy patients.

Children became spectators in the helmet screening.

Along with a large number of children and youth, CI Bhupendra Singh of Manak Chowk police station of Jaipur also participated in the screening of the film Helmet, directed by Sunil Purohit. The film is based on becoming a victim of an accident due to not following traffic rules. The 16-minute short film gives the message of wearing a helmet for your safety while driving.

On the fourth day of the tenth edition of Rajasthan International Film Festival, a talk show was also organized on the theme of 'Promoting tourism investment and culture through cinema'. In which film actor and director Sunil Purneek, actor Nandish Singh Sandhu, film director James Higginson and festival director and moderator Somendra Harsh were present. Rajasthan tourism was discussed in the talk show.

Dholpur actor Nandish Sandhu said that Rajasthan is the place where everyone can come to enjoy not only films but also Indian heritage. Tourism of Rajasthan is the culture here. The beauty of this place fascinates every person. Apart from this, actor Sunil Purneek defined Rajasthan as 'city of arts'. Purneek said that the culture and heritage here is the biggest beauty of this city. Which emerges well in films also.

Riff Mahotsav will be decorated with film stars on the last day

The last day of the tenth edition of Rajasthan International Film Festival (RIFF) will be glittering with film stars. Social worker and Indian traditional handicraft artisan Ruma Devi, Indian actress and producer Iti Acharya, Hindustani singer and contestant of the famous reality show "Indian Idol Junior" Moti Khan, Gaurav Padma Shri awardee Ustad Anwar, who made folk music known abroad. Khan Manganiyar, actor Akhilendra Mishra, TV actor Nandish Singh Sandhu and other stars will share their experiences in the riff and they will also be honored with many awards.

The riff will conclude with an awards ceremony.

The tenth edition of RIFF will once again conclude with a spectacular awards ceremony. On the last day of the program on January 31, many awards including Lifetime Achievement Award, Gaurav Award, Best Writer and Theme Award for International, Indian and Rajasthani Cinema will be distributed.
